Sicilian Caponata in Radicchio
Roast eggplant, tomatoes, onions, garlic and capers dressed with a red wine and parsley vinaigrette and presented in torn radicchio leaves

Roasted Red Pepper and Leek Frittata
An omelet of red peppers, leeks, eggs and pasta pan fried in olive oil


Mixed Salad of Scallops, Basil and Oranges
Caramelized day boat scallops on a bed of basil, oranges and mixed greens dressed with a lemon and black pepper vinaigrette


Boquerones with Pepper Confetti Vinaigrette
Marinated fresh anchovies served on toast points with vinegar and diced pepper confetti


Tomato and Caper Braised Chicken on Baked Polenta
Pulled chicken braised in a cinnamon, tomato and caper sauce and served on baked polenta squares


Baby Lamb Chops with Green Herb Garlic Sauce
Medium rare seared lamb chops drizzled with an oregano, garlic and lemon zest sauce

Registry~

We do not have a traditional wedding registry (Andrea hates 'em) but since many people have asked us about this, we thought that a small gift certificate can be bought at a local furniture store that we really like. This can be done over the phone or in person.

Location



Here is a map of the Kerry Town market place. There is plenty of parking available for free after 6pm in the lot of the farmers market or the lot off of Kingsley Ave. Everyday Cook is located on the second floor.

Enter in at the west end of the building (near Kingsley). Signs will direct you to the ceremony.
